Things to see before taking possession of your property during Final Inspection
- Floor ka paani ka dhaal check kerna ki bahar ki taraf hona chahiye.
- Almirah n wall ke beech me space na ho jisse lizard ya other insects almirah me chale jayye.
- Visit all tiles ki koi crack to nhi h.
- Check that bathroom ke knob n balcony k knob working corectly.
- Check electricity supply tp avaoid any short circuit.
- Take your elders like father or father in law as they have lot experience for house construction
- Wardrobe lock I feel need to check for individuals.
- Please check sepage in your flat.
- Please check the gap between wardrobe and wall.
- Please check gap between slider doors and wall.
- Also pls check the doors, in my case allignment was not proper & they need to change the door.
- Also check handles of widows of toilets opening in the shaft. Might be loose or broken
- Also close the door from inside /outside , check the gap
- Check the lock codes/key code, that should not be same when u actually take the handover. This is to avoid the consequences of duplicate keys (if any)
- Any kinda abnormal sound should not be dere while opening or flowing the wardrobes.
