Final Inspection Checklists - Part 1

Things to see before taking possession of your property during Final Inspection

1. Floor ka paani ka dhaal check kerna ki bahar ki taraf hona chahiye.
2. Almirah n wall ke beech me space na ho jisse lizard ya other  insects almirah me chale jayye.
3. Visit all tiles ki koi crack to nhi h.
4. Check that bathroom ke knob n balcony k knob working corectly.
5. Check electricity supply tp avaoid any short circuit.
6. Take your elders like father or father in law as they have lot experience for house construction
7. Wardrobe lock I feel need to check for individuals.
8. Please check sepage in your flat.
9. Please check the gap between wardrobe and wall.
10. Please check gap between slider doors and wall.
11. Also pls check the doors, in my case allignment was not proper & they need to change the door.
12. Also check handles of widows of toilets opening in the shaft. Might be loose or broken
13. Also close the door from inside /outside , check the gap
14. Check the lock codes/key code, that should not be same when u actually take the handover. This is to avoid the consequences of duplicate keys (if any)
15. Any kinda abnormal sound should not be dere while opening or flowing the wardrobes.
